Events and Fundraising
The Annual Benefit Gala is the cornerstone of the both the Center’s yearly fundraising activities and of its celebration of writers, both new and established, who push the envelope and surprise their readers. However, the Center’s events continue throughout the year with readings, film screenings, author discussions, workshops, book parties, social dinners and other gatherings in New York, NY and Provincetown, MA. In 2012, our fundraising activities will also continue full-steam through the spring and summer as we work to purchase the historic Mailer home in Provincetown, site of all the Colony’s programs, through the sale of donated artwork and other Capital Campaign initiatives.
